  • Group housing projects cost Rs 5 per square meter if the total area of land is not greater than 1,000 square meters. If the land size exceeds 1,000 square meters, the cost per square meter will be Rs 10 per sqm, but no more than Rs 5 lakh.
  • A mixed-use development with less than 1,000 square meters of land will pay Rs 10 per square meter. A project with a land size of more than 1000 square meters cannot exceed Rs 7 lakh per square meter. Instead, it must be Rs 15 per square meter.
  • The fee for projects with a planned development area under 1,000 square meters is Rs 20. For projects with a planned development area over 1,000 square meters but under Rs 10 lakh, the fee is Rs 25.
  • Development projects that are planned: Rs 5 per square meter, but not more than Rs 2 lakh
