Sunshine Health OTC Order Online 2023: Sunshine Health OTC goods can be picked up at any retailer that has OTC Health Solutions® (OTCHS) enabled. Go to https://www.cvs.com/otchs/sunshinehealthmma to discover the closest location.
1. Consult the brochure for your health plan.
2. Examine your booklet for allowed products. With your plan, you can only purchase the things that are specified in your booklet.
3. Visit any CVS Pharmacy®, CVS Pharmacy y Mas®, or Navarro® store that has OTCHS enabled.

4. To determine whether an item qualifies, look for the OTCH indicator in the upper right corner of the shelf label and check the SKU number. Products can be found in the store’s aisles or in the OTCHS section.
5. Present your member ID card to the cashier at any front store register to complete the checkout process.
Not every store carries every item. To process your order if your item is not available, contact OTCHS or go to the website for your plan. Note that there may be a difference in the regular retail price in the store. Please refer to this booklet for prices that apply when you use your OTC benefits. Prices for items cannot be combined with Extra Bucks® Rewards or promotional offers. Not every CVS® OTCHS enabled store will carry every item.
Prior to the cashier starting to scan items, inform them that you are eligible for the OTCHS benefit and present your member ID card. Steps for the cashier:
1. Scan the barcode.
2. You will be sent to the OTCHS App on the point-of-sale (POS) system.
3. Ask the member for their plan ID Card.
4. Select the member’s plan.
5. Enter the member ID or the member’s first and last name.
6. Scan qualifying items and follow the steps on the POS system to fulfil the order.
7. If you are experiencing problems finding the member or processing the order, call the dedicated OTCHS Store Support number for help.

• If it is your first time placing an order online, you will need to register an account by visiting https://www.cvs.com/otchs/sunshinehealthmma.
– Choose the “Create Account” option and follow the procedures.
– You will need your member ID, date of birth, ZIP code and current email address. Each member registering needs to have a separate email address. If a member shares an email address with a spouse or caregiver who also has an OTC account, they will only be able to register one account.
– You will also need to create a password.
• If you need help to discover your member ID, select “Get help locating your member ID.”
• Keep in mind to store your password for further purchases. To sign in again, you’ll need your password and your member ID or email address.
Select the “Forgot Password?” option to create a new one if you can’t remember your old one.
2. Make a purchase
• Your benefit amount and balance will appear at the top of the page after you log in.
• Go through the available products and put them in your shopping basket. Your balance will be deducted for the amount of your order.
• Select “Checkout” when you’re ready to place your order.
• As your order is being processed, you will receive email alerts with the most recent status updates.
• To prevent benefit amounts from being overlooked, please consider the order frequency limits listed in the FAQs.
3. Through phone:
You can place orders by giving 1-888-262-6298 a call. Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 8 PM local time, you can speak with an agent. When placing your order over the phone, please have your ID and order available. Our automated IVR system can be used around-the-clock for:

1. Dial the number that is on file to reach OTCHS.
Note: Your health provider gave OTCHS the phone number that is on file. You can give an OTCHS representative your other phone number to have it added to your account if you would want to utilise it to place orders via the IVR system.
2. Enter your birthdate in MMDD format after the system locates your account.
3. The account’s name and address will be confirmed by the system.
4. Kindly input the item code number.
• For instance, you would choose item “33” and wait for the prompt to confirm the item if you wanted to get “B33 unscented wipes.” If the selection is accurate, the system will inquire after reading back the item name and amount. Before selecting, kindly give the system time to finish the statement.
• In that case, you’ll add the item to your cart.
• If not, you can change the item or amount using the system.
5. After the order is finished, you may either place the order or check the products in your basket.
• The system will offer you a confirmation number and end the call if you place the order without reviewing it.
• You have the option to place the order, go over it again, change the items, or talk to an agent.
