National Love A Tree Day is observed annually on May 16, in the midst of National Garden for Wildlife Month. Did you know that trees did not exist for 90 percent of Earth’s history? Even in recent years, people have become so environmentally conscious that a sustainable lifestyle that protects our trees has become the standard. The majority of people now desire to protect and preserve our world’s trees, which make it a better and safer place to reside.
While the search for the origins of this day continues, the least we can do is dedicate an entire day to honouring the trees that have given us so much.
