Shinba explained that she and her companions ordered the restaurant’s signature Alaskan king chilli crab entrée on the recommendation of the waiter. She added that the waiter highlighted the crab as a $20 dish, but failed to clarify that this price was per 100 grams. She asserted that they were not informed of the crab’s complete weight before it was prepared. She also disclosed that they were stunned when the dish arrived.
