In addition to serving as Trump’s attendant at the White House, Walt Nauta was also a petty officer in the United States Navy. Nauta continued to serve at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago club and estate after the conclusion of his presidency.

On July 27, additional obstruction allegations were added to the case against Nauta. In addition, Nauta was charged with providing false information to federal authorities regarding these actions.

Six federal felonies were brought against Nauta, to which he pled not guilty. On July 27, obstruction allegations were added to Nauta’s case. In July of 2001, Nauta entered the United States Navy. During his time as a culinary expert, he worked as a chef.

Former President Donald Trump’s aide Walt Nauta has pleaded not guilty to six federal criminal charges, in which he is accused of aiding Trump in hiding classified documents from investigators. If convicted, he faces up to 20 years in prison.
