How to Activate a Chime Card in the App

Chime Debit Card

Open the Chime app and sign in.
Go to the card section and tap “Activate Card.”
Enter the card details and PIN if asked.
Follow the steps to finish activation.

Chime Credit Card

Open the Chime app and go to Profile.
Select Cards and tap “Activate Card.”
Enter the last four digits of your card.
Create a PIN if asked and complete the activation.

Chime also says that a QR code on the card envelope can be scanned to start activation. This gives users another simple option instead of going through the app menu.
