Shell Credit Card Login 2026: Shell credit card customers can manage their accounts online without calling customer service. The online account lets cardholders check spending, make payments, turn on AutoPay and review recent transactions.
There was an important change in 2026. The older Shell credit card program was connected with Citi and used the AccountOnline system. Shell now directs customers with the new Shell Performance Elite World Mastercard to MyShellCard.com or the Imprint account portal.
The new card program started in May 2026. It is managed by Imprint and the card is issued by First Bank & Trust. This means cardholders should be careful when using old guides that still send them to Shell.AccountOnline.com. The official Shell website now lists the newer account-management service for payments and card access.

What you can do through the Shell Card Account
The online account gives customers one place to handle most card tasks. After signing in, cardholders can check their current balance and review purchases made with the card. Customers can also make a payment from a bank account. Shell says online payments can be made through an ACH bank transfer. AutoPay is also available for people who want their payment sent automatically every month.
The Imprint app and online account also allow cardholders to:
- Check recent transactions in real time.
- Schedule a card payment.
- Enroll in AutoPay.
- Add the card to Apple Pay or Google Wallet.
- Add authorized users to the account.
- Review the card balance and payment activity.
Shell allows customers to add up to four authorized users. The new card can also be used anywhere Mastercard is accepted.
How to Register or Sign in
New cardholders normally need to activate their card and create online access before they can manage it. The exact screen may look slightly different on a phone and computer.
Customers can follow these basic steps:
- Visit the account-management link provided on Shell’s official credit card page.
- Choose the option to sign in or create an account.
- Enter the email address or phone number connected to the card application.
- Complete the identity check shown on the screen.
- Create a strong password that is not used for another website.
- Follow the instructions to activate or connect the Shell credit card.
- Sign in to view the account dashboard.
Customers may also use the Imprint mobile app. Shell says the app can be used to schedule payments, turn on AutoPay and check transactions. A cardholder should never enter a password, bank number or Social Security number on a website reached through a strange email or text message. It is safer to begin on the official Shell website and use the account link shown there.

How to make a Shell Credit Card Payment
Shell offers several ways to pay the credit card bill. Online bank transfer is usually the easiest option.
To pay online:
- Sign in to the Shell credit card account.
- Open the payment section.
- Add or choose the bank account that will be used.
- Enter the amount that needs to be paid.
- Choose the payment date.
- Check the information before submitting the payment.
- Save the confirmation for your records.
Shell says payments must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on the due date to be counted as on time. Payments may take three to five business days to fully appear on the account. Customers should therefore avoid waiting until the last minute.
Available payment methods include ACH bank transfer, AutoPay, bank bill pay, mailed checks and a one-time debit card payment through the website. Cardholders can change a scheduled payment until the day before it is due to be processed. A person using AutoPay should still check the account before the due date to make sure the correct bank account is connected and has enough money.

How Do Shell Fuel Rewards Work with the Card?
The Shell Performance Elite card can still be used with Shell Fuel Rewards. Customers can enter their Fuel Rewards Alt ID before paying at a participating Shell station. They may also connect the card through the Shell app.
- Download or open the Shell app.
- Sign in to the Shell account.
- Tap the “More” button.
- Open the Wallet section.
- Add the Shell Performance Elite credit card.
Fuel Rewards members may be able to combine eligible fuel savings with rewards earned through the credit card. However, the Fuel Rewards program is separate from the credit card account. Imprint and First Bank & Trust do not operate the Fuel Rewards program.
People who already use the Shell app can also connect their Fuel Rewards membership by tapping the banner that says, “Save 10¢ per gal with every fill-up.” After the accounts are linked, the app can display the current fuel discount and lifetime savings. Participation can differ by location.
Common Login Problems
Forgotten password
A forgotten password can normally be reset from the sign-in page. Customers should use the account-recovery option and follow the identity-check steps.
Login code
When a login code or reset email does not arrive, customers should first check the spam or junk folder. They should also make sure the phone number and email address entered are the same ones connected with the account.
Page loading
When the page does not load, closing and reopening the browser may help. Customers can also clear the browser cache or try another browser. The Imprint app may be easier to use when the website is not opening properly. After several failed login attempts, it is better to stop guessing passwords. Repeated attempts may keep the account locked for longer.
Customer Support
Customers who still cannot access the account can contact Imprint Customer Support at 1-888-427-0544. Shell says help is available seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET. Shell has also warned that some customers may face longer waiting times because of the move to the new credit card program.
