How to Activate FXNOW: When you look up how to start FXNOW on Roku, Firestick, a smart TV, or Apple TV, note this first. There is a key change before you type any activation code.

The FXNOW app that used to stand on its own on connected TV is gone. The earlier sign in steps are also outdated. Back then you opened FXNOW, made a code, and then entered that code on the FX activation site. That path is not the right way now to watch FX on supported streaming devices.

Is FXNOW Still On Roku, Firestick and Apple TV?

Yes, but not in the same way as before. You will not find the old standalone connected TV app.

An older FXNOW Fire TV app listing points out that the app would stop working on phones and connected TVs after September 23, 2024. Because of that, many older guides that explain how to type an FXNOW activation code on Roku, Fire TV, or Apple TV are no longer accurate.

Hulu works on many devices. This includes Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV from the 4th generation and newer, Android TV, Samsung smart TVs, LG webOS TVs, Vizio SmartCast, and game consoles.
