Thomas Lee Bass gave birth to Tommy Lee in Athens, Greece, on October 3, 1962. His father served in the U.S. Army as a sergeant. His mother was Miss Greece in 1960. Lee’s first wife was Elaine Starchuk, whom he wed in 1984. They separated in 1985. On May 10, 1986, Lee married the actress Heather Locklear. In 1993, the couple separated.
