CSEET 2023: ICSI issues exam day guidelines for candidates, check here

CSEET 2023: The Institute of Company Secretaries of India is scheduled to administer the ICSI CSEET 2023 on Sunday, July 30 via computer-based remote proctoring. As the exam date approaches, the institute has released exam day guidelines for the CSEET.

The CSEET practice exam will be administered on the 27th and 28th of July. Candidates who are going to take the CSEET 2023 exam can view and read all exam day instructions on the official website at icsi.edu or in the section below.

“CANADIANS SHOULD READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY AND FOLLOW THEM TO THE LETTER AND SPIRIT IN ORDER TO TAKE THE TEST,” reads the official notice.

ICSI CSEET Exam Instructions for 2023

Candidates are permitted to appear for the test using their own Desktop/Laptop (Not Mobile/Tablet etc.) from home or other convenient and isolated place and they shall be required to download safe exam browser SEBLite on their Laptop or Desktop as per the link provided to them in due course of time at their registered email ID for the Mock and Live Test separately by using credentials (User ID & Password).

  • Candidates shall be perpetually monitored via video/audio mode by the supervisor, also known as the Proctor, in the same manner as if they were taking the exam at an examination centre.
  • Candidates must carry (i) their Admit Card and (ii) an Identity Card issued by a government department, such as a passport, driver’s licence, PAN card, UID Aadhaar card, or voter card, for verification by the remote proctors in order to be allowed to take the examination.
  • Candidates will not be permitted to carry any additional documents.
  • Candidates must log in 30 minutes prior to the examination’s commencement time.
  • No candidate shall be permitted to appear in the Test after 15 minutes have passed since the start of the Test, and no candidate shall be permitted to complete the Test until 90 minutes have passed since the start of the Test.
  • Candidates are rigorously prohibited from using mobile phones, tobacco products, earphones, headphones, and any other electronic devices, including pagers, digital diaries, calculators, Bluetooth devices, smartwatches, and health bands.
