Sarah Jarosz 2024 Tour Dates: Sarah Ellen Jarosz, an American singer-songwriter from Wimberley, Texas, was born on May 23, 1991. Her 2009 album “Song Up in Her Head” marked her musical début and featured the Grammy-nominated track “Mansinneedof” in the category for Best Country Instrumental Performance.

Her 2011 follow-up album, “Follow Me Down,” was nominated for the Americana Music Association’s Song of the Year award. “Build Me Up from Bones,” her third studio album, was published in 2013. It received a Grammy nomination for Best Folk Album at the 56th Annual Grammy Awards. Additionally, its title composition was nominated for a Grammy for Best American Roots Song.

Jarosz released her fourth studio album, “Undercurrent,” in 2016. The track “House of Mercy” earned her two Grammy Awards for Best Folk Album and Best American Roots Performance. “World on the Ground,” her first solo studio album in four years, was released on June 5, 2020. Sarah Jarosz, who was born in 1991, has amassed an impressive career as an American singer-songwriter. In 2010, she collaborated with renowned musicians such as Bela Fleck and Jerry Douglas to create the album “Follow Me Down” in Nashville. This album signified the expansion of her artistic collaborations and musical development. In 2011, she appeared in Scotland for Jerry Douglas’ Transatlantic Sessions, where she reprised her rendition of Bob Dylan’s “Ring Them Bells.”

When Jarosz and Kate Rusby collaborated in 2012, they produced the track “Planets.” Jarosz accompanied Sara Watkins and Aoife O’Donovan on an extensive tour in 2015, and he also appeared alongside Garrison Keillor on “The America the Beautiful Tour – A Prairie Home Companion.” Additionally, she began appearing frequently on NPR’s “Live from Here” in 2016.
