In addition, they stated that production had already begun, but the content developer had not yet provided a release date.

Furthermore, it is widely believed that the second season of True Beauty has already been completed. It would be difficult to digest, but Netflix has not yet announced a second season of True Beauty. There is no conclusive evidence or official statement regarding this topic.

Season 1 of True Beauty concluded on a high note. The marriage between Lim Jugyeong (Moon Ga-Young) and Lee Su-ho (Cha Eun Woo) is official. Jugyeong eventually accepts cosmetics, leading to their mutual success. However, the two protagonists’ journey has only just begun.

Given Jugyeong’s appearance and Su-Ho’s familial issues, their post-high school lives are quite intriguing. Jugyeong’s other love interest, Han Seo-jun (Hwang In-Youp), who dominated the show, also needs closure.

Fans have praised the Korean drama adaptation of the popular webcomic True Beauty. The show is also faithful to the source material and entirely adheres to the books. Thankfully, the webcomic ends on a positive note. Su-Ho will propose to Jugyeong, if you have read the webcomic (spoiler alert).

Season 2 would continue the main characters’ stories. Includes Jugyeong’s struggles to establish herself to the outside world as a young cosmetics artist and cosmetologist.
