National Mentoring Day 2023: Now is a great time to think about a guide who helped you become the person you are today. It’s time to honor them! National Mentoring Day was made to show how important all kinds of tutoring are. Chelsey Baker, an award-winning business mentor, started the holiday to bring attention to how beneficial mentoring can be for everyone.
Chelsey Baker, a business mentor who has won awards, created this day in 2014 to honor and praise all kinds of mentoring. The main point is to make more people aware of how important and rewarding mentoring is, and how it has a big effect on both our business and our society.
The goal of the day is to promote interactive conversations, events, and social media activities; to help everyone in the business work toward the same goals; and to show how helpful it is to both give and receive mentoring. Mentors, key influencers, and thought leaders from the world’s top professional mentoring organizations get together to honor the work that mentors do to help people and companies.
National Mentoring Day is a time to share stories and honor mentors, whether they have been given or received. Baker wants everyone to thank teachers who have helped them and recognize those who have made a difference.
