SSB Constable Recruitment 2022: Apply for 399 posts of GD constable

SSB Constable Recruitment 2022: Sashastra Seema Bal has invited applications for 399 constable posts. This recruitment will be done through sports quota. Eligible and interested candidates will be able to apply by visiting ssbrectt.gov.in. Soon the detailed notification of this recruitment will be published in the employment newspaper. Candidates must apply within 30 days from the date of publication of the notification. Selected candidates will get pay scale of Level-3 (Pay Matrix 21700-69100).

Qualification – 10th pass.

Age Range – 18 to 23 years. SC and ST will get a relaxation of five years in the upper age limit and three years for OBC.

Application Fee – Rs.100. No fee for SC, ST and women candidates.

Bumper vacancy of GD constable will be out in December
SSC GD Constable 2022 notification will be out on 10th December 2022. Applications will be taken for this till 19 January 2023. The exam will be held in March April 2023. The government has informed the Parliament that at present 84659 posts are lying vacant in the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs). The government announced that these posts would be filled by December 2023. It is expected from the above statement of the government that this time the bumper vacancy of SSC GD will come out. If the government has to fill the vacant posts by December 2023, then it will have to remove more than double the vacancies in December last time (25271). According to the information given by the Union Minister, 6044 posts are vacant in Assam Rifles, 23435 in BSF, 11765 in CISF, 27510 in CRPF and 4762 in ITBP, 11143 in SSB.
