  • You can register a complaint on RERA Haryana’s homepage.

  • Fill out the HRERA form and follow the steps.

  • You’ll get an online complaint number once you fill out the HRERA form. Keep it handy for later.

  • You can pay on the RERA Haryana website. There’s a fee of Rs 1,000 per complaint right now. There’s also a fee of Rs 10 per annexure. Demand drafts can be made out to Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority.

  • Print the acknowledgment page after HRERA payment.

How do I register a project under RERA Haryana?

Here’s how developers can register on RERA Haryana’s website.

  • To register your project, click on the Project Registration tab on the RERA Haryana portal.

  • On RERA Haryana, you’ll need to include basic details about the project and the applicant.

  • Save each page and keep going.

  • Fill out Form A on RERA Haryana and pay the fee.

  • You can also preview it. Once you’re sure the details are right, submit it. You’ll get a temporary project ID.

  • Keep a few copies of this HRERA registration form handy. We’ll submit three of them.

  • Make sure you have all the documents you need: bank drafts, licences, approvals, renewal letters, ownership documents, bilateral agreement with DTCP, copy of LC-IV, power of attorney, zoning plan, building approvals, etc.

Banks get a warning from RERA Haryana

On February 12, 2024, RERA Haryana sent notices to banks about illegal withdrawals from ESCROW accounts. If found guilty, both banks and developers will be penalized.

HRERA sets upper limit for advance payment of unit to maximum 10%

Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA), Gurugram limits advance payments for units to 10%. By Section 13(1) of the RERA Act, 2016 and Rule 8(1) of the Haryana Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules, 2017, the authority has issued orders.

Under the new order, no promoter can accept more than 10% of the cost of an apartment, plot, or building without a written agreement for the sale. According to the Act, the sale agreement should specify details about the project, payment details, possession date, and other relevant info.
