Following a fatal car accident, Aden Benajah Manao Akamai Solomon, 23, of Lexington, returned to his heavenly Father on Thursday, August 3, 2023. Bill and Chrys Solomon welcomed Aden on August 1, 2000, in Pineville, North Carolina.
He was a Hickory Ridge High School alumnus from Harrisburg, North Carolina, who excelled in football and loved all sports. He was also a lot of people’s friends. Later, Aden relocated to the High Point/Greensboro area, where he started a car detailing business and engaged in hardscaping work.
Parents Bill and Chrys Solomon, older siblings Spencer and Yadira, Makela Aluesi and Ike, and Kortney Love and Nick, as well as the nieces and nephews Braedon, Zayla, Xiomara, Oliver, Liam, and Kohen, survive. Alejandra “Ale” Vidal, his true love, is also left behind.
The Hartsell Funeral Home in Harrisburg will host a visitation for the family on Wednesday, August 9, 2023, from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Bishop Seth Griffin will preside over the funeral ceremony on Thursday at 11:00 a.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 2500 Rocky River Road, Charlotte.
Following, there will be a burial in Harrisburg’s Carolina Memorial Park. The Solomon family is being looked after by Harrisburg’s Hartsell Funeral Home.
