A 30,000 square-foot estate in Malibu’s exclusive Paradise Cove neighbourhood cost the hitmaking pair behind “’03 Bonnie & Clyde” a whopping $200 million. The term “Billionaires’ Row” seems perfect for this district.
Only a $238 million condominium in New York City beats out the mansion as the most expensive property transaction in the United States, according to TMZ. The couple received a tremendous deal, as the property had been listed for $295 million on the entertainment website.

Beyoncé and Jay-Z’s new 30,000-square-foot, $200 million estate in Malibu’s Paradise Cove. The couple owns a number of other properties in the Greater Los Angeles Area. Beyoncé and Jay (real name: Shawn Carter) are worth an estimated $100 million, so in 2017 they spent $88 million for a mansion in Bel-Air.
The new Malibu residence for Kanye West and Kim Kardashian is widely thought to have been designed by the same Japanese master architect, Tadao Ando. Their house sits on eight acres and overlooks the Pacific Ocean, in contrast to Ye’s location along the highway and close proximity to other homes.
William Bell, the creator of soap operas and purportedly the world’s richest art collector, apparently owned and constructed the property. It appears that a private sale took place of the residence. KTLA has attempted to get in touch with the real estate agent, but to no avail.
