Miller started performing after modeling and appearing in commercials. His subsequent employment as Richie Novak on “All My Children” followed. Following his triumph on “The Young and the Restless,” where he portrayed Billy Abbott from 2008 to 2014, he became a soap opera star on “General Hospital,” where he portrayed Jason Morgan and Drew Cain from 2013 to 2019.
His performance in “The Young and the Restless” won him three Daytime Emmys: one for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series and two for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series.
Miller has starred in several other popular television series, including “Suits,” “Ray Donovan,” and “Truth Be Told.”He made his final appearance on “NCIS” in 2022.

In addition to his work as an actor, he was also a prominent restaurateur in the Los Angeles area. He owned a number of restaurants.
Patricia and Megan, Miller’s mother and sister, are still alive and well. Sparer stated, “He also leaves behind a large number of friends and coworkers who will miss his warm personality, generous spirit, and genuine kindness.”
His manager requested that memorial contributions be made to the Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children in the actor’s name.
Eileen Davidson, Miller’s co-star on “The Young and the Restless,” posted a photo of them from the Daytime Emmys on X (previously Twitter).
“His infectious charisma and warmth left indelible marks on all of us fortunate enough to have known him. I’m going to miss your mischievous grin. Billy, I love you,” she wrote.
Graduates from “All My Children”Rebecca Budig reflected on how “extremely kind” and “extremely generous” Miller had been to her in an Instagram post. Everyone agrees that “this is a tough one.”
