Kevin Costner Divorce: Kevin Costner filed new divorce documents against Christine Baumgartner to assure “an orderly process” as she vacated their California beachfront home.
Additional documents obtained by Fox News Digital demonstrate that Costner’s legal team has filed an ex parte motion to “prevent Baumgartner from removing Respondent’s (Costner) separate property from his home and to ensure an orderly process for the removal of her separate property (if any).”
In his application, the “Yellowstone” actor asserted that “under the PMA (pre-marital agreement), there is no community property.”
On Monday, a court ordered Baumgartner to vacate their $145 million detached residence in Carpinteria by July 31.

Judge Thomas Anderle denied Baumgartner’s request to vacate the property by August 15, despite her legal team’s arguments that the Santa Barbara housing market made it impossible for her to find a new home that met the needs of her three children.
After receiving notice of the ex parte motion, her legal team objected and asked the court to “deny Kevin’s application outright and allow the parties to work out the personal property issues themselves, as is customary in divorce cases and appropriate given the level of wealth involved in this case.” All disputes can be resolved in court.
In her objection to the ex parte application, Baumgartner’s legal team stated, “Kevin is angry about the Court’s recent ruling on the child support and fee request.”
In his decision, Judge Anderle set the monthly child support payment for Baumgartner at $129755. Costner is required to pay $300,000, which includes $100,000 in forensic fees and $200,000 in legal fees.
The divorced parents agreed to divide in half the costs of medical care, extracurricular activities, and college tuition for their three children.
Baumgartner initially requested $248,000 per month in child support, or “in the alternative, the guideline rate of $217,300 per month, payable on the first day of each month.”
In addition, she requested that Costner cover all costs associated with their children’s health care, including private school tuition, extracurricular activities, and athletics.
