Devin, also known as YNG Cheese, was the son of the rapper Gillie Da Kid and a co-host on the Barstool Sports programme “Million Dollaz Worth of Game.”
As verified by the Philadelphia Police Department, the shooting took place in the 5800 block of Mascher Street. The Homicide Unit is actively conducting an investigation into the occurrence.

The incident reportedly occurred at 8:24 p.m. in Philadelphia, and Devin Spady, also known as YNG Cheese, was transported to Einstein Medical Centre. After being shot in the back, he tragically succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased at 8:39 p.m.
The other two victims, two men aged 28 and 31, were also transported to the hospital and are currently in stable condition. The police have not yet made any arrests, and the motive for the shooting is still unknown.
Sources have corroborated that Devin Spady’s stage name was YNG Cheese, and ten spent shell casings were discovered at the crime scene. During the incident, one of the victims also sought refuge in a nearby residence. The investigation is currently focusing on an operating SUV discovered at the intersection of Mascher and Nedro Avenues.
