SSC GD Constable Admit Card: The application status of SSC GD Constable Recruitment Exam candidates for another region has been released. Southern Region SSC has released the application status of SSC GD candidates this time. Previously, it was made available on the Karnataka SSC website. The candidates’ application status is issued before the admit card. The application status link is currently unavailable on all regional SSC websites. It will begin to appear on other regional SSC websites in a few days.
This time, SSC GD Constables will be recruited for over 45000 positions in the BSF, CISF, CRPF, ITBP, Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB), Secretariat Security Force (SSF), Assam Rifles, and NCB. The GD Constable Computer Based Test will be held from 10 January 2023 to 14 February 2023. Admission cards will be distributed during the first week of January.
The written test for GD constable recruitment will be different this time. Previously, the paper was one and a half hours long; now, the paper is one hour long. In the paper, instead of 100 questions, only 80 will be asked. Negative marking will be the same as before, but instead of one-fourth of a mark being deducted for a wrong answer, a half mark will be deducted.
Selection will begin with a written test (computer based). Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Measurement Test (PMT) will be administered to successful candidates (PST). CAPF will conduct the PET.
Questions on General Intelligence and Reasoning, General Knowledge and General Awareness, Elementary Math, and English / Hindi will be asked in the written test. There will be 20-20 questions from each of the four sections. All sections will be worth 40-40 points. The paper will be 60 minutes in length. For each incorrect answer, a half-point will be deducted.
