Anthony Kiedis Biography: Anthony Kiedis, an American singer and songwriter who was born in Grand Rapids, Michigan, on November 1, 1962, is best recognized as the main vocalist of Red Hot Chili Peppers. This rock ensemble has maintained its success since the beginning of the 1980s. At the age of 12, he relocated to Hollywood to reside with his father, Michael Kiedis, who was an actor-by-vocation struggler Blackie Dammet. As a child, Kiedis was frequently exposed to various substances through the observation of his father peddling and consuming them.
