AP EAMCET 2023: Final round of counselling begins for engineering aspirants

By logging into the AP EAPCET website, candidates in any of these categories can exercise their options during the final phase of counselling.

AP EAMCET 2023: The application portal for the final round of AP EAMCET 2023 counselling has been opened by the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE). Candidates desiring admission into B.E/B.Tech Courses who are interested and eligible can apply for the counselling round at the official Andhra Pradesh Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (AP EAMCET) website – epcet-sche.aptonline.in.

The application window is between September 14 and September 17, 2023. The online verification of uploaded certificates will take place between 14 and 16 September 2023 at the designated support line centres. From September 14 to September 17, 2023, web options can be filled out. The results of the seat allocation will be released on September 21, 2023, and self-reporting and college reporting will occur from September 22 to September 25, 2023.

The web counselling processing fee is Rs. 1200 for OC/BC candidates and Rs. 600 for SC/ST candidates. The fee can be paid online at sche.ap.gov.in with a credit card, debit card, net banking, etc.

The qualified and eligible candidates who participated in the first phase of AP EAPCET 2023 counselling must re-exercise their options for the remaining seats and any vacancies that may arise as a result of the allotment process. They may do so from any helpline centre or internet facility (café/home) according to the following schedule. These candidates do not need to pay the processing charge again

The qualified and eligible AP EAPCET 2023 (M.P.C. Stream) candidates are invited to participate in the web counselling for the seats available in government and private engineering colleges and private universities in Andhra Pradesh under the Convenor quota for the academic year 2023-2024.

Eligibility Criteria

In the final phase of counselling, the following candidate groups may exercise their options:

  • Candidates who have secured a seat but have not indicated a desire to occupy it.
  • Candidates who have not yet secured seats, but whose credentials have been verified.
  • Candidates who have had their certificates verified but have not yet exercised their options.
  • Applicants who have secured a seat, reported to college, and are seeking a superior option.
  • Candidates who have reported to the institution, but who have withdrawn their acceptance.
  • Candidates who have complied with the schedule for certificate verification.

By logging into the AP EAPCET website, candidates in any of these categories can exercise their options during the final phase of counselling. They will need to upload scanned copies of their diplomas and complete out online forms for each college they wish to attend. The allocation of seats will be determined by the candidates’ merit and the availability of seats.

Application steps for AP EAMCET 2023 Counselling

  1. Navigate to the conducting authority’s official AP EAMCET website.
  2. Locate and select the “Counselling Registration” or equivalent option on the website. You will be required to establish an account by providing your name, email address, mobile number, etc.
  3. After registering, the counselling fee must be paid online. The cost may differ depending on your category. Utilise the supplied payment options, such as credit card, debit card, and net banking, among others.
  4. Once the payment has been processed successfully, you will receive a receipt. Take a printout of this receipt to the designated Help Line Centres for verification of your certificate. Include your EAMCET rank card, admit card, and any other requested documentation.
  5. After a successful certificate verification, a login ID and password will be issued. Utilise these credentials to access the counselling portal. Here, you can employ your web options by selecting the colleges and courses of your choosing.
  6. Based on your rank, selections, and available seats, the counselling authority will assign seats. Once the seat allocation is complete, you can download your letter of provisional seat allocation and report to the designated college for further admissions procedures.

This Personal Information is immediately deleted once you delete the App, except to the extent it is necessary to store the same under applicable laws. Further, we have implemented commercially reasonable physical, managerial, operational and technical security measures to protect the loss, misuse and alteration and to preserve the security of the Personal Information in our care.Finally, this information is used strictly in line with our business purposes.
  • (2.4.) You understand that once You leave Our servers, use of any information You provide shall be governed by the privacy policy of the operator of the site used by You.
3. Disclosure of Personal Information
    • (3.1.) We do not disclose Your Personal Information to any third parties other than as may be required by us, Eduvast’s affiliates, partners, trusted business networks, in compliance with our Privacy Policy for the purpose of moderating the content of the Website, enhancing Your user experience, providing You localised content and to enable Us and Our partners to provide You with targeted information which may be of benefit to you.
    • (3.2.) To enhance customer experience and to provide focused support, we may share generic aggregated demographic information which may include Your information collected by Us but not linked to any personally identifiable information regarding visitors and users with Our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above.

Cookies are small text files that are placed on Your device's hard drive by the App You visit. Cookies help Us to identify information relating Your activities and to retain information relating to Your preferences and history on the App.
  • (4.2.) Ad targeting cookies: We and/or Our service providers may use advertising cookies to deliver ads that are more relevant to You and Your interests.
  • (4.3.) You may choose to disable cookies by turning off cookie feature on the web browser. However, by disabling this feature, some parts of the App may not function properly. This may prevent You from taking full advantage of the App.

Although We make best possible efforts to store Personal Information in a secure operating environment which is not open to the public, You should understand that there is no such thing as complete security, and We do not guarantee that there will be no unintended disclosures of Your Personal Information.
