CUET: National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the result of Common University Entrance Test (CUET). On the basis of CUET score, students will be able to apply for undergraduate courses of universities and subject of their choice. Salvi Rani, a student of Patna, has got 782.5 marks in an examination of 800 marks.
Salvi has got 200 marks in the examination of 200 marks in History, Political Science and Sociology. Got 182.5 marks out of 200 in English subject. On the other hand, Salvi got 98.4 percent marks in Inter Arts. His dream is to take admission in Delhi University.
Through this result, one can take admission in UG in South Bihar Central University (CUSB) and Mahatma Gandhi Central University Motihari. Many universities have started the process of registration for enrollment online. More than 25 thousand applications were received from Bihar for CUET 2022. UGC has said that there will be no centralized counseling for CUET. On the basis of CUET score, one has to apply to the universities.
CUET: Too many students got 100 percentile, English hons cut off will be high
Each university will release its own cutoff college wise and syllabus wise. Enrollment will be done after coming in the cut off released by the university. The university will prepare the list at its own level. All universities have been given access to CUET scores from the portal of National Testing. Hence NTA will release neither any merit list nor cut-off, i.e. no topper along with CUET UG 2022 Result. Students can enroll in 86 universities of the country through CUET. These include Central Universities, Deemed Universities, Private Universities and State Universities. All the universities will conduct their separate counseling along with Delhi University.
CUET is the second major entrance exam of the country
14.9 lakh candidates had registered for CUET. With this it has become the biggest entrance exam in the country after NEET-UG (National Entrance Eligibility Test-Masters). On an average, 18 lakh students register for NEET-UG. CUET-UG has outperformed JEE-Main, for which an average of nine lakh registrations take place.
