JEE Advanced 2022 Cut Off: Before JEE Advanced result, students seeking admission in IITs must have a look at the previous year cutoff as well. Last year in 2021, IIT Bombay had closed admissions in the unreserved category in BTech electrical engineering course with the highest JEE Advanced exam rank at 434.
The cutoff for electrical engineering course of IIT institutes has not been released yet. After the release of JEE Advanced 2022 result on September 11, the registrations for JoSAA 2022 counseling in online mode will start on September 12. Seats will be allotted to the candidates as per their merit, preference and availability of seats
JEE Advanced 2022: Previous year cutoff for IIT BTech EE
There were six rounds of JoSAA counseling last year. The closing ranks of B.Tech Computer Science course for non-reserve category are as follows-

A total of 16598 seats will be admitted in 23 institutes of the country. Of these, 1567 seats are for women. The number of seats in IIT institutes is 366 more than last year. Last year there were 1,534 seats for women. Similarly, 980 seats have increased in Triple IT (IIITs) and 681 in GFTIs. A total of 23245 seats will be admitted in NIT. There are 6 759 seats available for admission in GFTI. IIT Bombay has 1,360 seats this year while IIT Delhi has 1,209. There are 1,133 seats in IIT Madras, 1869 in Kharagpur and 1,353 in Roorkee. Top 2.5 lakh students appear for JEE Advanced in JEE Main. But this year only 1,60,038 had registered for JEE Advanced out of which only 1,56,089 took the exam.
