A Narasimha Reddy, chairman of the Telangana Bar Council, remarked that he is a system unto himself due to his simple nature and brilliant intellect. Justice P. Naveen Rao, the president of the High Court Advocates Association, Palle Nageswara Rao, the additional advocate general, J. Ramachandra Rao, and dozens of others presented shawls and garlands to the Supreme Court judge couple.
Since his 2016 transfer from Madras High Court to Hyderabad High Court as a justice, Justice Ramasubramanian has been the recipient of an outpouring of affection from the attorneys and judges. He stayed here for three years, was elevated to chief justice of the Himachal High Court, and later ascended to the Supreme Court. On January 1, 2019, the common high court was divided into the AP and Telangana high courts, which occurred during his tenure in Hyderabad. I was the first judge from Telangana high court to be elevated to Chief Justice of another high court. He stated that he was the first person from this location to become a judge of the highest court. I became a part of your history, he said, because I was present during these significant events.
He thanked all of the Telangana high court judges who were present at the programme and encouraged them to reflect on the fact that they are currently sitting in the same places where great judges such as Justice Chinnapaa Reddy and Justice Subba Rao once sat. He advised you to compare your work to theirs. In his advice to the younger members of the bar, Justice Ramasubramanian urged them to recognise the satisfaction a lawyer derives from persuading a tough judge rather than always pursuing material prosperity.
