UP BEd Counseling: Rohilkhand University is going to start BEd counseling from 30th September. Only those candidates will be able to participate in the counseling to be held in four rounds, who were allotted rank in the merit list of BEd Joint Entrance Examination. The detailed schedule of counseling will be released in two days. After the successful conduct of the Uttar Pradesh B.Ed Joint Entrance Examination, now the university has geared up for the counseling. Based on the state rank, the counseling will be divided into different stages. Only the candidates who fall within the declared state rank limit will be able to participate in that stage. Candidates who have completed the registration process will have to pay Rs. 5650/- in online mode only. Out of this, Rs 650 is as counseling fee, which is non-refundable.
If the seat is not allotted to the candidate, then the advance fee of Rs 5000 will be refunded to his account. If the seat is allotted to the candidate and he does not confirm it and also does not take admission in that college then the advance fee will not be refunded. On confirmation, this amount will be adjusted against the college fee. If the advance fee is more than the allotted college fee, the extra amount will be refunded from the college.
First of all there will be main counseling
The university has planned the main counseling from 30 September to 9 October. The main counseling will have four phases. After this pool counseling will be done. In the third round, there will be a round of direct admission. Lastly, direct admission will be given to minority seats.
Original documents to be given in three days
The student has to report to the allotted college with all the original documents within three days from the date of receipt of the college. The principal of the allotted college will do physical verification of the original documents of the candidate.
The entrance exam of UP B.Ed JEE 2022 was conducted on 6th July. 6,67,463 candidates had applied for B.Ed. In this, the result of 6,15,021 candidates has been released. There are 2.25 lakh BEd seats in the state and last year more than 50 percent seats were left vacant.
