XLRI Summer Internship Placements 2023: For the class of 2023–25, XLRI–Xavier School of Management’s two-year flagship degrees, Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management, were 100% placed.
The largest batch in the history of the Institute, which included 591 students from the campuses in Jamshedpur and Delhi-NCR, received 604 offers from 139 companies, including 63 new recruiters, during the process, including positions in consulting, finance, sales & marketing, general management, product management, operations, analytics, and human resources, among other fields.
XLRI received median and average stipends of INR 1.5 LPM and INR 1.41 LPM, respectively. The BFSI sector’s 3.5 LPM stipend was the highest.
The average salary for the top 5%, 10%, 25%, and 50% of earners was INR 2.35 LPM, INR 2.27 LPM, INR 2.12 LPM, and INR 1.86 LPM, respectively. 84% of all accepted offers will pay at least INR 1 LPM in stipends, while 52% will pay at least INR 1.5 LPM.

• The median stipend given to the class was 1.5 lakhs of rupees per month, with the top 10th and 25th percentile averages being 2.27 and 2.12 lakhs of rupees per month, respectively.
• According to the roles available, the top domains were BFSI, Management & Advisory Consulting, and FMCG.
• The top ten recruiters in terms of offers were Accenture Strategy, Amazon, Asian Paints, Bajaj Auto, Boston Consulting Group, HDFC Bank, HUL, ICICI Bank, Ola Cabs, Procter & Gamble, and Tata Steel.
• JPMC’s highest offer (domestic) from the BFSI sector is INR 3.5 lakhs per month.
• Number of new hires: 63
BMW, Castrol, CK Birla, Deutsche Bank, Diageo, Daimler, HDFC Bank, JM Financial, L’Oreal, Myntra, NIIF, NK Securities, Ola Cabs, Pharmarack, Pine Labs, Redseer Consulting, Shell, Texas Instruments, Vector Consulting, Yes Bank, and Zomato were among the new employers who joined the SIP process.
The summer placement season for our Platinum Jubilee year has been a tremendous success, even in the face of difficult global economic conditions, according to Fr.
