Doctor Slump Episode 7

Yeo Jeong-Woo started the most recent Doctor Slump episode seven by thinking back on her early years. The only kidney bean plant in the school that failed to sprout was his. It was Jeong-Woo’s first mistake, the event. But he quickly came to the realisation that nothing was within his control and that life continued as usual. Nam Ha-Neul materialised when he yearned for a family to take care of him and someone to have faith in him.

The show then resumed where it left off, with Jeong-Woo, who was hurt, trailing his assailant. But as he was freed from the automobile, the mysterious man fled. In order to see the CCTV tape, he went to the police station. Ha-Neul, in the meantime, realised he had previously uncovered several surveillance cameras in his clinic after finding one in his home. Ha-Neul sobbed at Jeong-Woo’s predicament as she drove him to the hospital. She came to see that Jeong-Woo was the target of an assailant, and the incident with the botched operation wasn’t only a trivial dispute.

The next day, Dr. Bin Dae-Young gave himself an update about Jeong-third Woo’s hearing. During their meeting, he and Lee Hong-Ran discussed their prior encounter. As Jeong-Woo was getting ready for his trial, Ha-Neul took food and iron from her home. Just before Ha-Neul was about to accompany him, her brother disclosed that he had witnessed a guy trailing Jeong-Woo when he moved into their residence.

Will Park Hyung-Sik Confesses His Love?

After telling Jeong-Woo, Ha-Neul departed to go with him to the trial. However, he had vanished. The only reason the prosecution was postponed was because Jeong-Woo failed to appear in court. He showed there with a pen drive filled with the evidence, despite his lawyer’s attempts to reschedule. Jeong-Woo met with the mysterious guy, Kang Jin-Seok, who served as his assistant nurse. The culprit was the casino heiress’s uncle, who killed her in a fit of rage while attempting to acquire her wealth.

Kang Jin-Seok was used as a scapegoat for Jeong-Woo’s comparable medical mishap. He put cameras inside Jeong-Woo’s clinic and home out of habit to make sure it didn’t happen again. The heiress died as a result of the perpetrators’ injecting anticoagulants to her IV and even buying off a nurse to attach the same drip during the procedure, which was shown on video. Despite winning the lawsuit, Jeong-Woo needed some time to heal.

Now, those who had accused Jeong-Woo wanted to utilise his case and him to advertise their goods. Ha-Neul’s family used the rooftop meat fry as a pretext to contact Jeong-Woo in the meanwhile. In the end, he came out and had dinner and beverages with the family. In their foolish ways, they offered him some solace.

A Cliffhanger

Even though they had a falling out, Dr. Bin Dae-Young also confessed to Lee Hong-Ran that he had feelings for Jeong-Woo. Ha-Neul’s mother answered the phone when he phoned Jeong-Woo and chastised him for being so inconsiderate at such a late hour. By the end of the show, Jeong-Woo invited Ha-Neul to go out for drinks with him. He talked about how he had reached his lowest point and was only able to pull through with Ha-Neul’s help.

Jeong-Woo compared her to a sweet in a salty pond, named him his prescription, and then admitted that he liked her. Jeong-Woo, who was inebriated, kept on expressing his affections for Ha-Neul throughout the remainder of the evening. She realised then how alone he had been all of his life. She showed him that she felt the same way at the conclusion of the episode when they held hands in the moonlight.

To witness their love story evolve, don’t forget to tune in to Doctor Slump Episode 8 on Sunday, February 18, 2024 at 10:30 p.m. KST on JTBC and afterward on Netflix.
