Here is a 4-month plan for SNAP 2023 preparation.
First month of 2023: September
Set clear and attainable objectives: After a comprehensive review of the SNAP curriculum, begin by outlining your objectives for the next four months.
Identify and address your weaknesses: Start your preparation with a few practise exams. This will help you identify your strengths and areas for improvement. Focus on enhancing your weaker subjects while monitoring the time it takes you to complete assignments.
Create and adhere to a structured study schedule: It is essential to maintain a consistent study schedule. Create a schedule that accommodates your lifestyle and provides sufficient time for each subject.
Prepare with simulated exams: Participate in a timed and simulated test to familiarise yourself with the exam’s format and difficulty. This will assist you in feeling more prepared for the actual test.
October of 2023: Second month
Maintain daily practise: Maintain a daily routine of SNAP question-solving and practise tests. This should demonstrate an increase in your scores, demonstrating your progression.
Focus on enhancing deficient areas: Pay special attention to the subjects in which you confront difficulties. If certain topics remain challenging, devote more time to enhancing your understanding.
Begin interview preparations: GE-PIWAT (Group exercise, Personal Interaction, and Writing Ability Test) is the next stage for short-listed candidates following the SNAP examination. Provide time for interview preparation. Examine the disciplines offered by the institutes and practise your responses to anticipated interview questions.
Consider enrolling in a SNAP prep course: Consider enrolling in a specialised preparation programme at a reputable MBA entrance coaching centre. You can refine your preparation strategy with the assistance and direction provided by these courses.
November 2023: Third month
Continue to practise consistently: Maintain a routine of answering queries and taking practise exams. You should feel more confident about your performance at this point.
Reread your notes carefully: Take the opportunity to carefully review your notes and study materials. This is an opportunity to review what you’ve learned, thereby enhancing your comprehension.
Develop your time management abilities: Concentrate on enhancing your time management skills. Due to the time constraints of the exam, it is essential to develop time management strategies. Enhance this ability through practise with timed study sessions and practise exams.
December 2023: Fourth Month
Cover all pertinent topics: Continue to review your notes and study materials to ensure that you’ve covered all prospective exam topics.
Reduce gradually study intensity: Start reducing the intensity of your study sessions as the exam approaches. Before the exam, avoid overexertion and allot sufficient time for relaxation and rejuvenation.
Continue to practise scheduled examinations: Take multiple practise exams with time limits. This will help you become accustomed to the time constraints of the actual exam.
Prioritise a restful night’s rest: Ensure you get a good night’s rest the night before the exam. On the day of the examination, your alertness and concentration will be enhanced by adequate rest.
