In the late 1980s, Tom discovered a form in the back of Chase’s Calendar of Events that permitted for the submission of new “holidays.” Thus, Wellcat Holidays was born. Intrigued, Tom submitted an entry that was subsequently published, transforming him into a serial Holiday Creator.

Along with other holidays, Time’s Up Day was established to acknowledge the existence of differences and disagreements in our lives, but also to encourage us to make amends and move on.
