Since 2016, when filming for The Fate of the Furious began, the storied feud between the Fast and Furious 10 cast has been in the news

Fast and Furious 10 Release Date: Fast X, or Fast and Furious 10, is an upcoming American action film directed by Louis Leterrier and written by Justin Lin and Dan Mazeau. It is the eleventh installment of the Fast & Furious franchise, succeeding F9 (2021).

The actual title, Fast X, was revealed in April 2022, when production began. The release date for Fast and Furious 10 is scheduled for May 19, 2023. Lin resigned as director, citing disparities in artistic vision, but his writing and producing credits will remain. A week later, Leterrier was appointed as his successor. It is the ninth most expensive film ever produced, with a production budget of $300 million.

Who is anticipated to return for the 10th installment?

It would not be proper to conclude the Fast and Furious franchise without the majority of its main cast members in Fast and Furious 10. While some of these individuals are no longer living, Gisele – the Fast Saga has discovered a means to bring them back in time. Given Paul Walker’s untimely death in November 2013, it will be more difficult to include Brian O’Connor in the upcoming Fast and Furious 10 film. However, O’Connor lives on in the Saga, so he will undoubtedly be mentioned at the very least, and who knows what the directors could do with modern technology to keep O’Connor’s character shining brightly in this film.

How does the plot of Fast and Furious 10 unfold?

It is currently difficult to predict the narrative of Fast X or Fast and Furious 10. It is anticipated that the final two films will reveal a larger narrative, but it is unknown what that story will be about. Dom’s team will undoubtedly save the universe, while Cypher will undoubtedly attempt to destroy it; however, it is unknown who will be on each side and what the characters will do. Nevertheless, given that Fast 9 witnessed Tej and Roman’s voyage to space, anything is possible.

We assume we’ll find out whether Mr Nobody is deceased or alive, and the Fast 9 title sequence hints that Han and Shaw’s story will be featured in the next film, but we’ll have to wait and see where the conclusion takes us.

Has the trailer for Fast and Furious 10 been released?

The film Fast X does not yet have a trailer because it is still in production. We recommend that you follow Vin Diesel on Instagram, as he frequently posts behind-the-scenes production footage, so you will likely get a taste in the future months. Already, a video from the first week of production has been released. The release date for Fast 9 was set for June 2020, but a teaser was released six months earlier, in January 2020. As a consequence, a Fast X teaser will not be released until November 2022.

When is the release of Fast and Furious 10?

Justin Lin directs “F9,” starring Dom (Vin Diesel) and Jakob (John Cena).

According to Universal, the release date for Fast and Furious 10, or Fast X as it is now officially known, will be April 7, 2023. This date has been significantly moved back, and is now scheduled for May 19, 2023. On April 20, Vin Diesel announced on Instagram the beginning of filming as well as the film’s title. A week after Lin announced his departure, a new director was hired, but it is unclear whether this will cause any delays.

Who were the ensemble members of Fast and Furious 10?

While the official Fast and Furious 10 cast list has yet to be released, fans can expect the majority of the “family” to return for the next instalment. Dominic Toretto is portrayed by Vin Diesel, Letty Ortiz is portrayed by Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson as Roman Pearce, Chris “Ludacris” Bridges as Tej Parker, Jordana Brewster as Mia Toretto, Nathalie Emmanuel as Ramsey, Charlize Theron as Cypher, John Cena as Jakob Toretto, and Jason Momoa as Daniela Melchior. It should come as no surprise that Jordana Brewster will reprise her role as Mia Toretto after missing the ninth instalment of the franchise. With Mia’s return, Fast 9 had to explain why Brian O’Conner (Paul Walker) was not by her side: he was in jail.

Which streaming service will provide access to Fast and Furious 10?

Fast and Furious 10 or Fast X will be released in theatres, but its online streaming service has yet to be determined.

Is Vin Diesel and Dwayne Johnson Friends?

Since 2016, when filming for The Fate of the Furious began, the storied feud between the Fast and Furious 10 cast has been in the news, garnering attention on social media and beyond when Dwayne Johnson referred to an unnamed but easily deferred cast member as “candy asses.” Not long after, a still-indirect but easily-understood Diesel added fuel to the fire by assuring fans that he will disclose his side of the story one day.

Diesel even publicly congratulated his former co-star on the success of Hobbs & Shaw during the ensuing years, indicating that the two appeared to have buried the animosity. Johnson apologised for the 2016 post that sparked the controversy. Diesel openly advocated for Johnson’s return to the series, arguing that no other actor could adequately replace Johnson’s role.

Takeaways

The tenth, and presumably penultimate, official Fast film, Fast X or Fast & Furious 10, is scheduled to be released in theatres next summer, giving fans ample time to catch up on the plot.
