Fintwist provides a phone activation process. You do not need to start by creating an online account just to activate the physical card. Follow these steps:
- Call 888-265-8228.
- Press 1 for English or 2 for Spanish.
- Enter the 16-digit card number printed on the front of your card.
- Enter the activation code given by your employer.
- Create a 4-digit PIN that only you know. You will use this PIN for debit purchases and ATM transactions.
- Enter the card expiration date when the system asks for it.
- Enter the 3-digit security code from the back of the card.
- Stay on the call until the system confirms, “Your card is activated.”
Keep your PIN private. Do not write it on your card or share it with another person.
How to Transfer Money from Fintwist to Your Bank?
- Go to www.fintwistsolutions.com and log in to your account.
- Open Transfer & Pay.
- Select Card-to-Bank Transfers.
- Click Add External Account.
- Enter your bank account details carefully.
- Wait for the bank account to be verified. This can take around 7 to 10 days.
- After verification, go back to Card-to-Bank Transfers.
- Click Make Transfer.
- Choose the amount you want to transfer. You can enter a dollar amount or a percentage.
- The selected amount will be transferred to your linked bank account.
Some Fintwist programs list Card-to-Bank Transfers as free, while other programs may have different fees.
