Target Food Stamps: 41 million Americans use the USDA’s Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), which is a crucial source of funding for low-income families.
Food stamp recipients might be unsure about where to buy groceries, but luckily, major grocery chains like Target, Walmart, and online retailer Amazon—all handy one-stop shops for time-pressed families—participate in the SNAP program.
These retail establishments are ideal for purchasing groceries, electronics, apparel, furniture, and household items. It’s important to understand what you can and cannot buy with your EBT card to make acceptable household purchases.
