How do I establish a conference call?

Follow these steps to initiate a 3-way call from your smartphone:

1. Tap the “Phone” icon on the home screen.
2. Whenever required, touch the “Dial pad” icon.
3. Enter the phone number of the individual you wish to call first, then tap the “Phone” icon to initiate the conversation.
4. After the call is established, select the “Add call” icon.
5. Enter the number of the second individual you wish to call. Tap the “Phone” icon to initiate a connection. The initial contact will be put on hold.
6. Once the second connection is established, both calls will be displayed on the screen. Click “Merge.”
7. Tap the “End conference” icon at the bottom of the screen to terminate the call.

Follow these procedures to initiate a 3-way call via a landline:

1. Dial the number of the first individual you wish to contact.
2. Press the FLASH key to place the conversation on hold once the first call is connected.Note: If your phone lacks a FLASH key, rapidly press and release the switch hook to place an incoming call on hold.
3. Enter the telephone number of the second individual you wish to call.
4. Press the FLASH key again once the second call has been established to join the two contacts.
