
Maharashtra’s Education Minister Varsha Gaikwad announced that due lockdown extension in the state to combat the Corona Virus pandemic, the state government has decided to cancel Geography and work experience papers of class 10th board exams.
She said, no further examination will be held for these papers and marks will be allotted based on the provision in the Maharashtra State Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board.

Second-semester exams of 9th and 11th class have also been canceled in the state and marks will be given on the basis of first-semester internal assessment, she said.
