Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has issued important guidelines for candidates taking the BPSC 68th Preliminary Examination 2023. Candidates who intend to take the written preliminary examination can read the guidelines on the official website bpsc.bih.nic.in.
The preliminary examination will be held on February 12, 2023, at various examination centres throughout the state.

The BPSC guidelines for appearing candidates are provided below. Candidates should be aware of these important details prior to taking the exam to avoid problems.
To the examination hall, all candidates must bring the original photo identity proof that was uploaded in the application form.
Candidates must arrive at the testing centre before 11 a.m. The Commission will not permit any candidate to enter the examination centre after the time limit has passed.
The exam will include objective type questions, with negative marking for each incorrect answer. For each incorrect answer, one-quarter of a point will be deducted.
– No marker, white fluid, blade, or eraser may be brought into the examination hall for use on the OMR sheet.
– Any electronic device, including a mobile phone, Bluetooth, WiFi device, electronic pen, paper, smart watch, and so on, is not permitted in the examination centre.
