Collaboration of AIIMS Delhi and IP University: To improve AIIMS, Delhi’s patient grievance redressal system, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University will offer technological assistance. At a ceremony held at AIIMS, Ms. Sunita Shiva, Registrar of IP University, and Prof. Minu Bajpai, Dean-Academics of AIIMS, Delhi, on behalf of the two schools, inked an MoU.
At the signing ceremony were Prof. M. Srinivas, Director of AIIMS, Delhi, and Padmashri Prof. (Dr.) Mahesh Verma, Vice Chancellor of IP University. They confessed that collaboration of AIIMS Delhi and IP University was important in order to provide services efficiently.

In accordance with the MoU, IP University will develop a web application for AIIMS, Delhi, to solicit user feedback on issues like security and sanitation. The mother & child care block of AIIMS, Delhi will use this application as a pilot project at first, and it will be created without charge. If the trial goes well, it will be added to other blocks.
The creation of this online application will be handled by the knowledgeable team at IP University’s University School of Automation & Robotics, which has extensive knowledge in the area. At AIIMS, Delhi, this cooperative endeavour seeks to enhance patient satisfaction and overall operational effectiveness.
