BPSC 68th Exam: After issuing the admit card for the 68th Combined Civil Services Prelims Examination, the Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has changed an examination centre in Begusarai district. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the exam centres for BPSC 68th PT candidates with roll numbers ranging from 268793 to 269392 and 269393 to 269788 have been changed. Previously, all of these candidates took their exams at Vikas Vidyalaya, Shikshak Nagar, Dumri, Begusarai (code 314). But that has now changed.
Candidates with Roll Numbers 268793 to 269392 will now take their exams at RSAS High School, Ballia, Begusarai (Code 314A). For candidates whose birth year falls between 269393 and 269788, the centre (code 314B) will be RKGDR (Plus 2) High School, Bari Ballia, Begusarai. All of these candidates should only go to their new exam location. Only admit cards issued previously will be valid. There will be no new admit cards issued.
Those whose photo and signature are blurred, unclear, or blank on their admit card, according to the commission. Such candidates must also bring a declaration form and some documents to the exam centre on the day of the exam, February 12, 2023. Candidates must present these documents to the invigilator at the examination centre. Such candidates will completely fill out the declaration form available on the Commission’s website, bpsc.bih.nic.in, and attach a clear photograph to it. Along with this, it must be attested by the gazetted officer. You will be required to sign in both Hindi and English in the space provided.
The candidates’ entry into the examination centres will begin at 9.30 a.m. Entry into the examination hall will be permitted only until 11 a.m., one hour before the examination begins. In the OMR sheet, any type of mark, drawing, or marking is prohibited. Candidates should carefully read and follow all of the instructions printed on the Admit Card and on the OMR Answer Sheet.
The use of a marker, whitener, fluid, blade, or eraser is not permitted in the examination hall. Using it in the OMR answer sheet will result in a penalty of one-fourth of the marks. Inside the examination hall, candidates are not permitted to bring any electronic devices such as a mobile phone, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi gadget, electronic pen, pager, wrist watch (normal/smart), and so on. It will be considered misconduct if a candidate is found with any type of electronic material inside the examination hall.
In the event of malpractice or being caught with electronic material in the examination hall, the candidate will be barred from all Bihar Public Service Commission examinations for the next five years, including this one, and for three years if they spread misleading or sensational rumours about the examination.
