The NTA is expected to declare the result around 9:30 pm. Last time when the agency released the results, the website had crashed in JEE Main session 1 & 2 the links got activated at around midnight. However, the official time is around 9:30 pm today.

The agency released the final answer key for JEE Main 2021 on September 8. The experts predict that due to the overall difficulty level, the cut-off for JEE Main will be above 90 per cent. The cut-off is being prepared considering various factors that affect the exam — the total number of aspirants who appeared, the number of available seats, the difficulty level of the exam, previous year cut-off trends.

JEE Main Result 2021: Documents Required For JEE Advanced Registration
These are the documents needed for JEE Advanced 2021 registration:
- Class 10 pass certificate (Date of birth certificate)
- Class 12 mark sheet
- PwD certificate (if applicable)
- Caste Certificate (if any)
- Letter requesting scribe (if required)
- Request for compensatory time, for PwD students

Tie-breaking formula for JEE Main 2021
If two students get the same score, NTA will use a tie-breaking procedure to declare their ranks in JEE Main 2021. Here’s the formula:
- Candidates with higher marks in Mathematics will be prefered, followed by
- NTA score in Physics, followed by
- NTA score in Chemistry
- If the tie remains, the candidate with a lesser ratio of negative to positive response will be preferred

JEE main result date, time has not been confirmed by the national testing agency (NTA), however, considering the registration schedule of IIT entrance exam, JEE advanced, for which JEE main is the sole eligibility condition, it is highly expected that the JEE main final result will be released today or latest by tomorrow. The JEE advanced registration begins on September 11 and the exam will be held on October 3.
This is the fourth session of JEE main 2021. This year, the exam was held four times; two additional sessions were added in the engineering entrance exam in order to give more time and chances to aspirants.
