On Monday, August 28, 2023, at 01:00 PM, the online results for the Maharashtra Board SSLC (STD 10th) and HSC (STD 12th) Supplementary Examination will be posted on the official website – www.mahresult.nic.in. Students have access to their subject-specific grades and can print them out.
From July 18 to August 1, 2023, the Maharashtra SSLC (10th) supplementary written examination was administered by the state board’s nine divisional boards: Pune, Nagpur, Aurangabad, Mumbai, Kolhapur, Amravati, Nashik, Latur, and Konkan. Likewise, the HSC (12th) supplementary examinations were administered from July 18 to August 8, 2023, with online exams for Information Technology and General Knowledge administered on August 9 and 10, respectively.
In response to heavy rainfall warnings, the state government proclaimed the 20th and 28th of July, 2023, to be school holidays in districts affected by rain. As a result, the examination for class 12 originally scheduled for July 20 was rescheduled for August 11, and the examination for class 10 was rescheduled for August 3.
Students can apply for self-required verification of marks for the Secondary School Leaving Certificate (10th) and Higher Secondary Certificate (12th) examinations beginning on the second day (29 August) after the online result announcement. Through the respective departmental committees, it is possible to request reevaluations of grades and photocopies of answer sheets. This verification will welcome online applications from August 29 to September 7, 2023.
To initiate the re-evaluation procedure, students must obtain photocopies of their answer sheets within five business days, and then register online and pay the required fee through the board’s official website.
Students who intend to take the Secondary School Certificate (Class 10) and Higher Secondary Certificate (Class 12) examinations in February-March 2024 will be able to register online, including the application for Transfer of Credit through Training Institutes. The precise registration dates will be announced by the Board at a later date.
Students who registered for the first time in February-March 2023 and passed the exam are eligible to participate in the Class Improvement Scheme, which aims to improve their grades. The forthcoming February-March 2024 examination, however, will be their final opportunity under this scheme.
Students who participated in and passed the July-August 2023 examination with all subjects are granted two opportunities to enhance their grades under the Class Improvement Scheme.
