
UPPSC PCS (J) Result 2022: The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission released the UPPSC PCS (J) Result 2022 on Wednesday. The results of the Uttar Pradesh Judicial Service (Civil Judge Junior Division) Recruitment Examination-2022 can be downloaded from the official website, uppsc.up.nic.in.
302 candidates have qualified for a total of 303 open positions for Judicial Officers. According to UPPSC secretary Devi Prasad Pal, there are 165 women among the shortlisted candidates, or 55% of the total.
UPPSC secretary added that Nishi Gupta of Kanpur achieved first place, followed by Shishir Yadav of Prayagraj in second place and Rashmi Singh of Kasganj in third place. Fifteen of the top twenty candidates are women.
After the announcement of the results, UP CM Yogi Adityanath took to his X handle (formerly Twitter) to congratulate students. “Hearty congratulations to all the successful candidates and their parents in the PCS (J)-2022 examination conducted by UPPSC! The daughters of the state have made us proud in the selection process completed within record time with cleanliness and transparency,” he tweeted.
“The success of 55 percent girls in this prestigious exam and 15 places in the top 20 by girls presents a lofty picture of ‘New Uttar Pradesh’ of ‘New India,’ he tweeted further.
In another tweet, extending his best wishes the CM said, “There is no hope but full confidence that the talent, energy, and ability of all the successful candidates will further enrich the good governance of ‘New Uttar Pradesh’. Best wishes to all of you for your bright future.”

There were a total of 79,565 applicants for this recruitment examination, and 50,837 candidates took the preliminary examination on February 12, 2023. On the basis of the results of the preliminary examination, 3,145 candidates qualified for the main examination.
The main examination was administered between May 23 and May 25, 2023, with 3,019 candidates participating. On August 1, 2023, the results of the main examination were released, revealing that 959 candidates qualified for the interview.
From August 16 to August 28, 2023, each of the 959 applicants participated in the interview process. Due to an interim order from the Allahabad High Court, the result of one post has not yet been announced.
