Why? They are vital to our economy as a whole. We should all pause on this holiday to consider the numerous ways that miners impact our day-to-day existence. Construction materials from mines are used to make computers, automobiles, houses, and roads. Without their diligent work, we could not accomplish anything.

The US economy depends heavily on mining.
One of the biggest manufacturers (and consumers) of mineral goods worldwide is America. For instance, the United States generates enormous amounts of zinc, phosphate rock, iron ore, coal, and copper. Mining creates significant wealth and economic prospects.

It is not simple! Suffocation, gas poisoning, roof collapse, rock burst, and gas explosions are among the possible risks faced by coal miners.
