Vels University Admission 2022
VELS University provides admission to various integrated diploma, UG, PG, and Ph.D. courses. The registration process is online on the university website, and it is entrance and merit-based.
For BE courses, applicants must pass the VELS Entrance Examination (VEE). The admission process is based on the VEE marks and the overall aggregate at the last qualifying level. MBA aspirants must clear CAT, XAT, MAT, and VEE.
Please note that the university only requires a scorecard from one board. Choose one entrance examination and make sure you pass the test with good grades. Admission to all programs in the Law department is based on Class 12 and VEE merits. VELS offers courses such as BBA, BCom, BEd, MPT, BPharma, etc.
The registration process is online on the VELS university site. Students must visit the site and fill out the admission form. Submit the admission form along with the necessary documents. During the submission process, applicants are required to pay an admission fee. The admission fee is INR 900 for the general category and INR 500 for the reserved category.
Vels University UG Admission
The university offers 59 undergraduate courses in engineering, pharmacy, and law. Students must have passed the HSc final examination or an equivalent examination. There are UG courses such as BA, BPharm, BTech, BBA, BSc, Bcom, BCA, and BA.
BCA:
- Applicants must have graduated from class 12 with Mathematics/Business Mathematics/Computer Science/Statistics.
B.Tech/ BE:
- Students must have cleared 12th standard with Chemistry, Mathematics, and Mathematics. For students who want to enroll in courses in the medical stream, it is mandatory for the students to have selected Biology in their Class 12 level.
Vels University PG Admission
VELS University provides 65 PG courses. Some of the courses are MBA, ME, LLM, MPharm, etc. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
MBA:
- Applicants must have cleared BE/BTech in any field or BSc Statistics/mathematics/Computer Science/BBM/BBA/BA in Mathematics/Economics/BCA/BCom. The minimum mark required is 50%.
ME:
- Applicants must have a BTech or BE degree in any relevant field. The degree must be from a recognized college or university.
