UPSC Civil Services 2020 Prelims Exam guidelines: With the Union Public Service Commission conducting the UPSC Civil Services 2020 Prelims Exam on October 4, candidates must check all the COVID- 19 guidelines issued by the exam conducting authority.
The commission has released the protocol to be followed at the exam centre and items allowed to carry on exam day. Check the details below.
UPSC Civil Services 2020 Prelims Exam Day Guidelines (COVID-19) as follows:
Candidates must report at 9:30 A.M for shift 1 while for shift 2 candidates need to report at 2:20 P.M.
While body temperature of all the candidates will be recorded at the time of entry in the exam hall, the temperature of candidate must be below 99.4 F.
Only those Candidates with normal body temperature will be sent to verification table. After verification process, seat allotment will be done for all the candidates.
Candidates should carry their admit card at the exam centre. They must also ID proof along with the exam hall ticket.

About UPSC Civil Services Examination 2020
The UPSC Civil Services Examination 2020 has three stages. These aree prelims, mains and interview.
Candidates qualifying all these stages will be recruited to Group A and B services in various departments of the Government of India. Pratibha Verma has secured third rank in the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) 2019 examination and became topper among the total women candidates recommended for the appointment.
The Union Public Service Commission had last month announced its result for Civil Services Exam 2019 and recommended 829 candidates for the appointment to Indian Administrative Service, Indian Foreign Service, Indian Police Service and Central Services.
