Bihar Police Bharti: To be a part of the Special Task Force (STF) of Bihar Police, the constables will have to show physical strength. The constables who have completed the basic training of police and below the age of 28 years will pass the STF physical exam (bihar police stf commando physical exam) only then they will get the commando title. For the soldiers who want to join STF, this exam will be held in Patna on 1st August. According to the scale fixed to become a commando in STF, the soldiers will have to complete the 2.4 km run in a maximum of 12 minutes. Apart from this, there will also be a run of 100 meters. This race has to be completed within 14 seconds.
In addition to the race, a minimum of 30 and a maximum of 40 sit-ups will have to be done continuously. Similarly, 20 consecutive and maximum 30 push-ups have to be done. China-ups are also to be applied during the physical exam. They will qualify for selection in the STF only after putting in a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 11 China-ups.

One has to run for eight hundred and one hundred meters. The race of eight hundred meters is to be completed in 2 minutes 40 seconds and the run of hundred meters is to be completed in 14 seconds. It won’t be a matter of race alone. The soldiers have to do 30 sit-ups and the same number of push-ups. Apart from this, 10 china ups also have to be done at once. The constables appearing for the STF Physical Efficiency Test will also have to bring some important documents. Such as introduction letter, certificate of medical fitness, order letter and self-declaration letter.
Not more than 28 years of age
It is not as if constables of any age group are given a chance to join STF. The maximum age limit for this is 28 years.

Push-ups and china-ups will also have to be done with 2.4 km and 100 meters running.
Selection in the Special Task Force will be done only after passing the physical examination.
Allowance is 40 percent of basic pay
Soldiers in STF are given huge allowances. This is 40 percent of their basic salary. After selection, the soldiers are given fresh training. This training is of two months. After this they will get the place of commando in STF. The Greyhounds are later sent to or elsewhere for special training.
