What Families should check
The easiest way to know the right day is to look at the EDG number on the Texas SNAP case. Households certified before June 1, 2020 should check the last digit. Households certified after that date should check the last two digits. The benefit amount is not the same for every home either. It changes based on income, expenses, and household size.
